I wholeheartedly recommend short, guided visualisations as a way to support regulation. I've recorded this 5 minute one for you - perfect for listening to in a quiet space in your lunch break, at home when you get in from work, or to relax to before bed if you're struggling to switch off from the stress of the day.
This particular one is most suitable for adults or older children (11+).
