Everyone deserves to fulfil their potential, but sometimes the odds can feel stacked against us. We are living in a fast-paced society with seemingly impossible expectations and demands on us. Information bombards us from all angles and the institutional systems around us are no longer working for us in the way that they should. Overwhelm has become an all-too common part of everyday life. 
 

I work closely with overwhelmed individuals, families and organisations to create and hold a safe, nurturing space to:

  • Support them to better understand the impact of trauma, where limiting beliefs may have come from, and the nervous system responses that can disrupt everyday functioning, interactions with others, and their personal well-being.

  • Look to find ways to bring more felt safety to their daily lives from their inner world, the environment around them, and their relationships. 

  • Support them through moving from surviving to thriving through embracing increased awareness of self and putting into practice simple techniques to find a state of calm even when everything around them seems chaotic.

  • Help professionals to better understand and support vulnerable children in their care.

  • Support parent/carers with connecting with their children on a deeper level.
